Group fitness classes are among the most popular programs offered by the YMCA. Whether you're a beginner or a disciplined athlete, we have a wide variety of classes for all levels. Fitness classes are open to all members. Please refer to the Youth Guidelines for youth participation.
Class Descriptions:
Body Flex: Uses a variable weight barbell and selected weights to work each major muscle group. A great way to incorporate weight training in a supervised setting. (Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced)
Bootcamp: Challenge yourself in a new way by alternating cardio, athletic and strengthening drills in a fun-packed interval class.

BOSU: Use the BOSU and selected weights to perform aerobic, strength training, flexibility and balance training for a full body workout.

Circuit: New to exercise or looking for a new routine! Challenge yourself by doing upper, lower and core exercise sets that will help you build stamina, strength and endurance.

Core Zone & Tone:
Challenge and define your abs, back, and legs, improve balance with the use of a stability ball, own body’s resistance, and other equipment.

Cycle Fit: From beginner to elite, cycle fit allows exercisers to work out together, while choosing their own resistance and peddling rate.

Nice n' Easy: This class is perfect for new exercisers, seniors and persons with limited mobility. Improve muscle tone and strengthening by utilizing bands, hand weights and other equipment for an optimal full body-workout.

Zumba Hi-lo: Ditch the workout, join the party! This aerobic style class boasts moves and routines which feature interval training sessions where fast and slot rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumba Hi-lo: Ditch the workout, join the party in a new style! This class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength training class.
