Bridgewater Judo Club

The Bridgewater Judo Club is a member of Judo Canada and Judo Nova Scotia, the Sport Governing Bodies for judo in Canada and Nova Scotia.

The Bridgewater Judo Club offers basic through advanced instruction for ages 6 years and up in the martial art/sport of judo. The sport utilizes throws, grappling and hold-down pins.

Participants will develop body control, coordination and strength while learning safe falling and rolling techniques and other judo principles in a disciplined setting.

The classes will be taught by NCCP certified coaches with over 75 years of judo experience combined.

Time and Information

• Tuesdays: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
• Sundays: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
• Course open to ages 6 years and up
• Ymca registration fee is $15.00/month
• Non-member registration is $30.00/month
