20/20
Spend 20 minutes working on upper body strengthening and 20 minutes on flexibility.

A class that focuses on abdominal strengthening using the stability ball.

Traditional middle-eastern dance moves.

Uses variable weight barbell and selected weight plates to work each major muscle group. A great way to incorporate weight training in a supervised setting.

Learn basic moves, techniques and choreographed exercises that evolved from ballet into an organic style of movement.
