Class Descriptions
- 20/20
- Spend 20 minutes working on upper body strengthening and 20 minutes on flexibility.

- Ab Zone & Tone
- A class that focuses on abdominal strengthening using the stability ball.

- Arabic Dance
- Traditional middle-eastern dance moves.

- Body Flex
- Uses variable weight barbell and selected weight plates to work each major muscle group. A great way to incorporate weight training in a supervised setting.

- Kickboxing for Women
- Instructional kickboxing by Dave Penny. Circuit training which will include abdominal work and kicks.Moderate to Advanced
- Modern Dance: Interpretive and Creativity in Motion

- A cycle fit class followed by muscle conditioning using a variety of equimpent.

- Use a stability ball to work your whole body effectlively while building overall strength and improving balance.
